Not Again

Sure, PJ will sit on a bucking horse when she's 6 months, but not a broke horse at 15 months. Do you think she remembers?  Or, maybe it was the forcing her to sit on Santa's and the Easter Bunny's lap that made her think sitting on a horse was a bad idea.
From a distance she thought the horses were great, but all she wanted to do was look. I started to place her in the saddle and the crying started. Then, I tried having her in the saddle with me. She hated it, but they took a picture for us.

Thanks Daddy

While Rick has been in Germany, he has taken advantage of the good shopping that we don't have in southeastern Turkey.  That is for children's toys of course.  PJ has been playing with her kitchen set non-stop since we got the package on Monday.  She also thinks she needs to put on her new shoes right when she wakes up. Dad does a great job choosing things for June Buggy.  We miss him very much. 3 weeks down and only a couple more to go (very thankful he will not be gone for 6 months).  Hopefully, it goes faster than the last 3 weeks.

The Art of a Name

PJ tries to put diapers on her babies.  The other day I walked in and found her with the baby and all her diapers surrounding her. I found a newborn diaper that I had kept and help PJ put it on her baby.  She thought this was pretty cool as she unfastened and refastened the tabs. I don't know where the diaper went. I'm guessing she felt her baby was poopy and threw the diaper away.

I was surprised when PJ did not knock over the legos, but just stared at them in admiration.  It didn't last long after the picture was taken.  Rick constructed it the night before (worked late) while PJ was sleeping, and then he was still sleeping when she woke up in the morning. So, I grabbed the camera so Rick could see PJ's reaction without having to wake him up.
